St. Paul prayed with all his heart and mind. He led us in prayers in his writings. Even in our modern days, what he wrote is still relevant. Please read on and say the prayer.
Father in Heaven, I desire to be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that I might walk worthy of You to please You, and to be fruitful in every thing that I do, increasing in the knowledge of You.
Strengthen me with all might according to Your glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness.
I give thanks to You, for You have made me able to be a partaker of the inheritance of the saints in light; You have delivered me from the power of darkness, and have translated me into the kingdom of Your dear Son; In whom I have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of my sins.
